These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boutique.kemetleads.com (the "Store") and your purchase of products from it. The Store is operated by Master Strategos LLC, doing business as Stratomix, 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702, United States, under the KemetLeads name ("KemetLeads", "we", "us"). By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products

Everything sold in the Store is digital: printable calendars, e-books, posters and similar files. Nothing is shipped. Product pages describe each file's format, size and page count; please read them before you buy. Colours on screen and in print can differ depending on your device, printer and paper.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

3. Delivery

Download links appear on the order confirmation page and are sent to the email address you give at checkout. Download access may be limited in time or number of downloads; if a link stops working, contact us and we will send a new one.

4. Licence to use the files

When you buy a file, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, keep copies and print it for your own home, family, classroom or office use. You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them in products for sale, without our written permission. All text, illustrations, designs and trademarks in the files and on the Store remain the property of KemetLeads or its licensors.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

6. Historical content

Our products present historical figures and events for educational and decorative purposes. Illustrations are drawn by KemetLeads after historical sources and are artistic interpretations, not photographs. We work to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that every date, detail or interpretation is free of error.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Store and the files are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your device, software, printer or internet connection.

8. Third-party links

The Store links to other sites, including kemetleads.com and shop.kemetleads.com, where physical products are sold under that shop's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.
