Refund policy

Everything in this boutique is a digital download, delivered instantly after payment.

Problems with a file. If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what you ordered, email admin@kemetleads.com within 30 days with your order number. We'll send a working file, and if we can't fix it we'll refund you in full.

Change of mind. Because digital files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once the download has started. By completing your purchase you agree that delivery begins immediately and, where applicable law allows, you waive the right of withdrawal for digital content.

Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded on request.

Physical products bought at shop.kemetleads.com follow that shop's own policy.
